A Portland area management company needed staff development training for two of their Senior Assisted Living facilities.  Three facility managers had attended a Marketing MOJO™ in 2007 and lobbied for Sterling Concepts to do the job. “We’ve attended lots of workshops...some presented by state organizations...but Deb’s MOJO workshop was by far the best.  She’s engaging, entertaining and effective!  Sterling Concepts delivers.

Facilitator, Deb Treusdell, explains the strategy and results for this project.  “I developed a ‘Leadership Institute’ model, so the training and momentum would continue after I was gone. The managers and key staff spent 4-hours identifying issues and solutions.
